Things that I do when my computer is away

Well, not that I don't want to update my blog for so long. It's because my computer broke down at the beginning of December till now. Almost 20 days without it. Suffering :O I suppose that 20 days without computer is sort of a test for my LEVEL OF ADDICTION to computer aye? Indeed it's more worse than drug addiction but heck, I STILL SURVIVED *nahhh, I cheated*.

December is pretty much like a PREPARATION period for me to get ready for school next year. Why? Because I almost everyday go to school to work with the Orientation Program for next year's new students. Damn! But since there's no computer for me, so I gladly accepted it. In fact, I want MORE! Strange.......
Other than those school stuffs, I have to also manage those Red Crescent first aid duty throughout the whole holiday, especially those football competitions. Nothing special EXCEPT for the Miri Christmas Parade duty. It was whole lots of fun plus IT'S RAINING.

Hanging out with friends for 2 BBQs in last 2 weeks. Parkson, parkson parkson everytime. Celebrated Priscilla's birthday at Parkson again last Monday. Other than those activities, I guess I just "hang out" at home :O It's boring, I know I know..........So these are what I do just to kill time at home.

#1 : Online............with my Sony Bravia TV............and it ain't easy :/

You actually have to type with the remote like a mobile phone or something. Down side of using this? People don't actually know HARD it is for me to fast reply them when chatting or discussing...Grrrr......

Sometimes, what pisses me off even more is when I got this message.

Always happened in the middle of everything. And you will like "WHY YOU LIKE THIS???!!!!" Really darn annoying sometimes. So have to resort to mobile web most of the time, like for Twitter and Facebook for faster loading.

Much more smoother and no worries. But one thing is that there's NO privacy. Imagine you parents can see what you type and see when you're surfing Facebook and Twitter.

#2 : Playing with my guitar all day LONG......I mean really LONG.
Some really cheapo style of playing a classical  XD.........
LONG means I played it over and over and over and over again those notes and scales until it hurts my fingers so bad. :O Played some chords and songs. At least better than nothing.

#3 : Folding stars.
This is like for the ULTIMATE BORED time.......Started way before my computer broke down. Just as a way of killing time. Drove me nuts sometimes folding it because I thought I've folded many but turned out only a few.......Hmmm.....

#4 : Playing with my fearsome cat.....TROLOL :D

Which always either doesn't give a damn about me, or simply will just bite me. Bad cat. :O

#5 : Exercise? More like only eat less.

Been only walking around my neighbourhood just to hope to get off some weight. And eat less too. Heck, yesterday I went shopping with my parents to buy some new clothes for Chinese New Year and I've found out that my waist is now 30, compared to what it used to be, 32.........That's what quite freaked me out. I guess my school trousers won't gonna fit me anymore.....NEED BELT!

#6 : Go for some little "vacation"

So not a vacation to me. Went to Sibu this week to attend a wedding dinner of my cousins I would say......My mum told me, he had to call me UNCLE if according to the Chinese family hierarchy. Wut the.......Come on, I'm the one younger here.
The following day, followed my dad to Sri Aman for some revisit of the Unknown.  Didn't quite reach that cool mountain top again. And all those used-to-be-crystal-clear rivers are all gone. Sad. Gone back to Sibu that evening. Dad planned a heroic act, to drive directly from Sri Aman back to Miri, but cancelled. :D

Pretty much that's what I've did so far for this December holiday. Christmas Eve's today. Woohoo :D But that only means one thing. Church's mass tonight is at MIDNIGHT 12. Then tomorrow morning, it's 7am Sunday mass again. Oh man, it only means I'm going to "fish"(if you get what I mean) in either of the mass. Or maybe both. :O But gonna get energetic for both masses because I'm in the choir, singing all sorts of Christmas Songs :D Can't wait :P

Haha that's all from me for now. Thanks for reading this, errr.....post.

See you again......

Trip to Niah National Park

It's really has been a while since the last time I've updated my blog. Most of my friends who were actively blogging before, all are dying down or.......perhaps DEAD. :/

Nevermind then, I've found back my passion to restart blogging again since surfing the Internet and Facebook are getting more and mroe boring, day by day. So to start off, today I've just went to Niah National Park for my school's Orientation trip. Don't know why they choose Niah Cave but better than going to Borneo Rainforest Resort which cost a BOMB.

Anyway, I arrived at school around 6.55am. Thought I was getting late because I was told that the bus left at 7am sharp. Who knows? There's actually some people later than me. Nevermind. Straight head for the staff room to help Jane transfer some 3K files for the teachers. Saw a lot of SPM students banging their head into the Chemistry reference book :D

The bus did left around 7am. Bumpy ride using the Coastal "Highway". Butt hurt :( Chit-chat all the way with my friends (Kelvin, Kong Lek, Sieh Lung). Don't know why but I feel like this year's Form 3 people are such quiet, not as 'high' as my year. What they do in bus? Sleep =.=

Arrived at the National Park around 9am I suppose? Mr Effendi quickly went to register and buy the tickets for 25 of us. Not that as much as last year though. Ahh, long talk cut short <------ Direct chinese translation, I'll just use some of my pictures to do the talkings (Some are quite blurry though)

Arrived at National Park. First task for the AJK's, create 2 groups. Boy and girl...... Looking good there but.........

Still not yet finishing the first task........*2 minutes passed*

Finally, after some lecture from Mr Effendi, they are able to line up properly. WHY YOU LIKE THIS????!!!!

Then after they all had their piss and maybe poo in the toilet, we are ready to go. But one major problem is that they all don't know that they need to bring TORCHLIGHTS. Omg.....But whatever, follow the flow. Now it's off to the jetty to cross to the other side.

Walking towards the jetty. Everyone still feeling sloppy and lazy :/

Boarding the boat :D Wobble wobble :P

Look at all those EXCITED and ENERGISED faces. Different from what had been seen few minutes ago..... :D

My turn to board the board......Some happy, got one got crazy because seeing some Caucasians *duuh....*

After all had got across the jetty, we all regrouped and recounted again our committees. Well, just in case : x Then it's GO TIME :D
Heading into the trail....Some 4km journey until the Cave :O

Although the journey is long, but it's CHIT CHAT and taking photo ALL THE WAY :D

Rest at a junction between the trail going to Cave and Longhouse.....Recharge and on we GO!

After going through the Trader's Cave. LET'S TAKE A GROUP PHOTO :D

Then it's just a short distance walk from the Trader's Cave to the Great Cave. Upon reaching, there's something very strong..............something........like..........smell of droppings??? :O

At the mouth of the Cave :P

Everyone is terrified with the SMELL :O

Scene around the mouth of the cave? Not sure LOL!

Eventually everyone is numbed to the HORRIBLE smell. Then Mr Effendi gathered us at a house and had a group photo taken. Too bad my camera wasn't in there, so not group photo for me :/ Maybe I'll just wait for Vanessa to post up her photos in Facebook.

Rest for a while again............before entering the cave. Torchlights ready? Some yes, mostly no. Sad case. Luckily Mr Effendi got bring some headlights. Brighter than mine =.=

Off we go, climbing those slippery stairs

 Some cave-mouth shots.

Did I mention that those entire stairs and wooden floors inside the cave were and still ARE stained with bats' and birds' poos? :O Somemore there's water droplets from the ceiling of the cave. WHAT? Droppings + Water + Slippery? Perfect combination for slipping off and have your ARSE stained with WATERY POO :P So safety first............

Go around the Great Cave and then we head of for Painting Cave.

Some of the scene when on the way to Painting Cave, which we have to pass through Gan Kira if not mistaken......

Out of Gan Kira, before going to Painting Cave..

Going to Painting Cave which took another 10 minutes journey and some hell of a stairs climbing.

But to my disappointment, there's really nothing to see on the wall of the cave itself. Those paintings are almost gone. Just only some pictures at the signboard which was taken in 1987. My teachers said it's mainly because of vandalism that destroys the wall painting. :/

Heading back towards the Great Cave again after having a few snacks and drinks.

Some other pictures taken.........
"Digi"man photo :D

"Digi"man collaboration with "Hotlink" man

Got some in-motion feeling about this photo

TEO, WHAT ARE YOU DOING THERE????? OMG Seriously, he's doing his little "business" THERE :O

 "Kwong Ying" Uncle with Trolls.

"Kwong Ying" Uncle with his 'thousand hands'

I guess that's all about the trip Niah Cave. Not much detail to talk about during the period we walked out of the National Park EXCEPT it's raining HEAVILY and I nearly fell off the stairs. Slippery.

Bumpy ride back to Miri again and it's time to get a rest for everyone. Pretty much enjoyed everything about today :D

That's all for now
Till then.

Ups and Downs, Face them with all I've got left.

Alright Alright, I'm just updating my lonely, simple blog just for the sake that knowing there's still SOMEONE reading it :D Thank you so much for such supporting lol. Sorry, ignore that :P

Last update was at June, so pretty much this is gonna be a July Month update, I suppose. Life's still the same as always just that the beginning of July is just as busy as looks like IT WILL NEVER STOP!!! School's concert just passed successfully 2 weeks ago. I'll keep that concert forever as memories because I've never had so much fun doing backdrop for that concert. There's just one feeling that it's not the same when doing backdrop back at school's hall. The thrill setting up the scaffolding with only me, Wilson and Sieh Lung, sleeping at backstage for two nights of the concert doing nothing although I'm under First Aid, and most of all, can only back to home around 12 midnight just to take off those backdrop's stuffs with seniors. :D Pictures available at FACEBOOK.

During the week before the concert, me, Wilson and Amabel joined a camp organised by the Educational Department about the Prefects thing. It's quite a wonderful experience to have and able to communicate with other prefects from different schools. Learnt a lot of stuffs there. Important ones. On how to improve and work together as 1 Board.

Hari Pelanggan is coming soon either and YET I still don't even know what's my result :O I guess it's gonna be a bad one because a lot of my friends have improved but I'll work hard on that. :) Really must catch up with everything I've missed during the last semester and back to studies. Just have to stay strong and stay focus all the time as prefects stuffs are still pouring in like heck. I can't even cope with those. :O

Lately my emotion is not that stable. Emo here and there. Sien. Should stop it right here right now. :) Maybe it's just me over-reacting too much eh? Hahaha whatever :P It's just me, wanting to enjoy life to the fullest.

I guess that's pretty much for me right now :) See ya soon.

It's been a while

Hmm, my last update is at LAST YEAR DECEMBER??? :O Hahaha sorry it's been a while since the last time I updated my blog. Now just stopping by to stuff all of you with a lot's of words and no pictures :P

Been busy around the first half of the year 2011 and is still very busy currently. January, I had Orientation for about a week, followed closely by being selected as School Prefect candidate. It's fun to be a prefect candidate especially having funny and good seniors around you guiding all the time. Prefect Camp was held at the end of March and the beginning of April :P Really enjoy it much :)

Then after the Prefect Camp, whole month of May was all about EXAM EXAM and EXAM. Pretty much the whole month was EXAM. Untillll.........the 27th :D Straight away after exam, that Friday morning I went to SUKBEL Camp at Kelantan for about a week. Together with my friends from other schools and some funny VAD's. Enjoy every single moment of it ESPECIALLY after the camp, shopping around at Kuala Lumpur big city. Flew back at the 4th of June

Next, I had a trip to Mulu National Park with my family and relatives. This trip was really an eye-opener for me. Seeing those gigantic and beautiful stalagmites and caves. I really like the Abraham Lincoln's Face at Deer Cave. It's really magnificent and the Bat Exodus is just, Fuuoah, NICE. Then school reopens again but the BUSY-NESS is just NOT OVER. Had First-Aid training for the entire week, preparing for the Competition for that VERY WEEKEND. Overall my team did a good job because they are all new in this and got second :) Congrats to them especially Jia Zheng, Jonathan and Ming Tak for their wonderful job well done :)

Now just busying myself around with prefect and school activities. Planing to learn guitar with my friend Sieh Lung :) Dunno why but it just came to me suddenly when Sieh Lung invited me to learn together with him.

It's really been a good day today because able to have TABLE TALK with Amabel, Sieh Lung, Emily Cheng and Kong Lek. Knew a lot of stuffs and it really taught me a lot of things. :) Really wish to have this kind of TABLE TALK again :D

So i think that's all from me eh? That's pretty much about everything I did for the last semester. And everything in between are just too great for me. Time really flies fast, how sad is that :( Alright cut the craps and I bet your eyes are sore'ing right now XD

Till we meet again
Byebye

Smiling is my new objective of life. No matter what, I promise I'll keep on smiling. :)
